Fit Kid for Life is at the frontier of childhood fitness, fighting off early obesity and consolidating the discipline and foundation for a healthy life. Based on your schedule, Fit Kid members will routinely receive a recorded workout regimen by email or text. With every lesson, a custom excercise program is fashioned to fit your child's needs based on their feedback. Each exercise program excels at a targeted age group. With the advice of experts in the field, we have raised the bar of child fitness without taking the fun out of being fit.

Intensity Levels

Fit Kid for Life has three basic intensity levels per age group

Beginner Level: The start to the path of fitness is best done gradually. Simple stretches, exercises, and cool downs all with the aim of easing your child into working out are given to begin.

Intermediate Level: After easing your child into a mindset fit for fitness, variations of exercises of greater intensity are introduced alongside child-oriented warm-ups, stretches, cooldowns, and more.

Advanced Level: With the familarity your child has with the regimen, it's time to turn it up a notch. The next level brings a diligently designed series of rigorous excercise routines. Already athletic children stand to benefit greatly from the high-paced atmosphere the advanced level brings.

Auto-Customizing Program


Fit Kid for Life actively optimizes the workout program with the help of your child's feedback. While making sure your child is free from the burden of boredom, they are constantly challenged with new and exciting exercises along the way.

  • Intensity Should your child's current program not pose too much of a challenge, the intensity can be adjusted, through feedback, to suit your child's stamina.
  • Exercises When the exercises become child's play for your children, a new wave of age-appropriate exercises will be added to replace the old routines.
  • Workout Length If the workout routine is ending just when the heart starts pumping, the need for repetitive and extended routines is taken into account the next time around.
